The room, though not extravagant, was well-appointed and clean, boasting quality amenities. The hotel staff were accommodating and friendly, enhancing the overall experience. The Observatory restaurant on the 13th floor provided panoramic views of Madrid that were simply stunning.While the VIP area was a nice touch, the bar staff below were pleasant and attentive. The international TV channels in different languages were a thoughtful inclusion. The hotel's design, with small art and quirky displays throughout, added an interesting element to the stay.In terms of facilities, the hotel offers a fitness center, restaurant, and cafe, catering to various needs.
